Mags is tall, lanky, quiet, and unabashedly creepy. He knows it too, and intentionally cultivates his unsettling image- given his knack for perfect timing and his keen powers of observation, he often succeeds in freaking out any target, Toko or human. If asked, he would tell you that his sister is the clever one, but Mags himself is hardly stupid and can often be found scheming right along with her. Behind the intimidating mask, though, is a stubbornly loyal Tokota with a soft spot for those in need.
