Malik is pretty shy, although he's willing to help out anyone who needs it. He's friendly and easy going which makes him one of the best Tokotas for helping his handler gain the trust of others. He's especially close to Selene, the newest Tokota before him. Despite her aggressive and distant personality, she actually lets him hang around her.
