Napstablook is a very passive, timid tokota who can suffer from anxiety and depression if left alone or not stimulated mentally for an extended period of time. He tries his best to be social with other tokos but tends to be overlooked by most of them, as though he were transparent. Despite his extremely submissive temperment, he is a sweet and gentle tokota who loves deeply and bonds incredibly well with those who treat him well. He enjoys nothing more than lying around on his back and pretending the world around him disappears. He is also very vocal, though his mutterings are usually quiet, softspoken whines and yips.
