Hemi's an oversized goofball who's goal in life is to be a lap dog. He's friendly and affectionate with his handlers, but can be suspicious of strangers. However, he is easily bribed, and a stranger armed with snacks will soon find themselves with a new best friend. At least until the snacks are gone. Hemi's eager to please and energetic (though it takes him a while to get up in the morning; he's not an early bird). He's enthusiastic and a quick learner, and thrives off of praise and adoration. He does have a lazy streak to him though, and sometimes needs some motivation to get out on the trail.
