Wraith is normally a very quiet tokota... Until he wants something. When he wants food, treats, whatever, he'll start a high-pitched whine that progresses into an obnoxious howl, hence his nickname of Banshee. If his requests are ignored, he becomes full of wrath and anger, lashing out until he gets what he wants. He'll do the same when he's told to do something he doesn't want to do as well. It takes an experienced handler to control this bratty tokota, so beginner riders are allowed no where near him. But when you can get past his selfish exterior, he can be a great stealth hunter and long-distance runner.
