Aurelius is a courageous fellow, not at all daunted by his own small stature. He is an old soul and seems to always know when to pick his battles, as well as being very tolerant of other tokotas. As a riding mount he is intelligent and quick to learn. He is observant and responds very well to body language cues. Fortunately for his handlers Aurelius stands patiently while being groomed, seeming to understand that it is for the best.
