Silent. Chlo seems to have been born without a voice. As a pup she never uttered a sound, and now as she's gotten older, Chlo remains just as quiet in the kennel block. Despite her lack of vocalization, she is adamant in getting attention in other ways. Her favored methods include clacking her teeth together or against the bars of her run, and grabbing ahold of passing humans clothing until they relent and coddle her for a bit.
