Subject Omega wasn't born on the surface of Tokona. In fact, no one truly knows where this mammoth beast erupted from, much less the dam that gave him life. Many years back, his handler, Wylde, found the large pup washed up on a beach, facing out to the deep oceanic waters. With no proper explanation in view, Wylde took the brute under his care. It was soon discovered the symbol on his shoulder wouldn't wash out, and his eyes seemed to glow on their own. Despite what could have been a traumatic experience, it's almost impossible to keep Omega out of the water. He spends most of his time completely submerged. He has the uncanny ability to hold his breath for a seemingly impossible amount of time. As a result of his underwater excursions, barnacles regularly grow into his pelt and against his skin. Twice yearly he's taken to the vet to have the parasites removed from his body. By time the next vet visit arrives, his back is encrusted once more. Within the first few years of his adulthood he grew a very tight father-daughter relationship with Radiance. Despite her recently growing to adulthood herself, Omega still acts like both a pupsitter and her father. No one touches his baby girl. The vet also has no explanation as to why the massive beast never makes any audible sound but a deep-throated grunt. If one was to ask Wylde's main companion, Diet Coke, he would confirm; Omega never speaks a single word. tl;dr / Omega was found washed up on shore as a pup. His eyes had a natural glow. He never speaks, only grunts.
