Dogsteak isn't the best specimen of his kind, as his handler always likes to remind him. He's friendly, curious and sometimes acts a bit like a goof-ball, especially when he sees snow. He's afraid of strangers and weary around other Tokotas, often sticking himself behind and close to his handler around people he is unfamiliar with. It takes a good amount of "motivational speeches" for him to to muster the courage to tackle what he is uncomfortable with. But alone or with people and Tokotas he trusts, Dogsteak will often rise to the occasion and will be the first to dive into the task at hand, making him a reliable pack member once fully integrated.
