Valiant is a rather snotty male, always thinks highly of himself and finds himself to be the most charming of his pack. He likes to irritate the other males by bragging about his looks and his lineage, yet he is the shortest amongst his fellow tokotas. They make sure he is aware of his size difference compared to them, and often scare him off with their size or constant nipping. He eventually learns his lesson about bragging to others and soon tends to keep to himself. He is somewhat irritable himself and claims to not be one to take responsibilities such as leading a hunt of simply puppy sitting.
