Spook was born completely blind, and given his appearance his handlers where quick to dub him Spook. While he is the complete oppissite of his name- alway eager to play and greet others his appearance can be quiet creepy- especially at night. His handlers love to dress him up on halloween and lead him around while he pulls a wagon full of all sorts of fall foods that they pass out to trick-or-treaters.
