This dark tokota was first seen roaming alone in the Tartoks, his brooding presence unsettling to all that laid eyes on him. He would often be spotted silently watching camps and other human settlements, and his unnerving red-eyed gaze earned him the name 'Vandr,' an evil presence among the white mountains. On one particular winter solstice, Vandr appeared in the black night with mysterious red runes glowing against his dark pelt. Wary of dark magic and what the dark tokota's presence could mean, the Tartok locals pleaded that the TCA take in Vandr and relocate him.
