Madam Mim thinks way too highly of herself. Her overconfidence is one of her biggest flaws. She holds most others in disregard. Mim has moments where she is quite morbid and dislikes all things "wholesome", including sunshine. This means that she is far more active at night. She can be dishonest and unscrupulous. Breaking rules is not beneath her as she does not care in the least about rules. Although she is apart of the same pack as her three pups; Avalon, Merlin and Mordred, she generally has nothing to do with them but does, on occasion, interact with Mordred as she likes his darker mentality.
