As a pup, Maleficent was kind and loved nothing more than playing outdoors and spending time with all manner of creatures and people - but one day when she was just barely a year old, something happened. Her handler never discovered what it was, but it changed the tokota drastically. Ever since she has been dark, malicious, and unpredictable. She will lash out at anyone or anything that she finds mildly annoying, with no warning whatsoever. Because of this, it is rare to see her out and about, or in the company of other living beings. She much prefers seclusion, and even if she didn't, her handler does not allow her out and unsupervised any more, and when she is taken out for supervised visits she is fitted securely with a muzzle first.
