A very outgoing and reliable little Tokota, Vernon is the dog you can find running nonstop around the ranch. He's an ambitious Toko with big dreams and aspirations and will never stop until he's able to complete those dreams with a wide grin on his face. Vernon thinks he's smaller than he actually is and can be found climbing into many people's laps whenever he bonds with them. This Tokota thinks he's tougher than he actually is and loves to run between arguments and to the frontline of fights, believing he can stop any fight just by being in the general area.
