Neo is very playful, happy, energetic Tokota. He has a strong bond with his handler and hates being left alone for too long. Neo also isn't the most cleanest tokota out here, he will roll in puddles and will not think twice about jumping into any body of water, this usually ends up with him getting a bath everyday. Although being energetic, when it comes time to sleep Neo will become a big teddy bear and most times being found snuggling his handler.
