Duarte is utterly massive compared to his sisters. This usually makes people believe he's the one to take charge of their little group, but they'd be wrong. Much like Amaris, Duarte is a quiet Tokota. Though he isn't as quiet as her. He still participates in discussions. But he won't lead them. His strengths lie in convincing people to do things his way. Duarte, while generally a gentle giant, can turn sour fairly easy. If you hit the wrong button with him he will barrel onto you like a bullet. Best to watch what you say around him.
