Strange and mysterious Tonic seems to see everything even though it is known that she is blind. She has an odd way of knowing just where someone is and who it is that has come beside her. She is silent and quick, knowing the land well. She has trouble fitting in with humans, and spends most of her time with the other tokotas around the house instead of with Alar or Phelix.
