An easily frightened tokota, that finds difficulty in trusting others. Unlike most tokotas Casper is more likely to flee or bite in defense when approached. If one is tenacious enough, Casper can be befriended. Casper is drawn to humans and other tokotas, but he doesn't have a clue as to how to interact or approach them. It is possible he was abused or neglected by a handler at some point during his past. Much like a ghost, he can be somewhere one minute and gone the next.
