Rei is really protective of his handler and is always seen hovering and isn't afraid to show some teeth or growl. Partially blind on his right eye, he gets extremely irritated when someone stands on that side as the can't see them clearly if he doesn't trust or know them, making him unpredicatable. His size is intimidating to others as he's bigger than the average normal height; some think there may be some dire blood in him. Despite that, he's very affectionate with people and tokotas he trusts. He is a natural leader and is usually seen in charge.
