Tortuga is very laid back; much like his father. And is very easy going. He's quiet and attentive and tends to do things in an orderly fashion. He always over analysis everything and will never do ANYTHING without thinking it through first. He's a complex sort that always has a plan for everything. He's friendly but isn't social, or at least doesn't go out of his way to be so. He'd rather have a relaxing day by himself then to be off adventuring with even his closest friends, though on occasion he will humor his pals and go with them, especially if they insist on him doing so. He can be fun when he wants to be, but most of the time he's kind of stiff about everything.
