Deku is the definition of cuddly and sweet at the same time. He acts similar to his sire and follows the oldest tokota on the ranch where he resides, although that tokota is not at all lazy compared to the one his sire follows about. His handler believes that he is the most innocent thing in the world, caring for him as if he were a child and a gigantic puppy at the same time so he is slightly spoiled. He will not touch lake or river water unless he is bribed with treats and a hot bath afterwards, though he likes the kiddie swimming pool that is put out for the tokotas to play in during the summer days and heat.
