Scuttle is, for lack of better phrasing, a bird brain. It's not that he isn't intelligent, but keeping his focus for more than a few seconds is quite tasking. Shells, starfish and shiny rocks can distract him mid task. He is more than happy to spend his days lounging on sun warmed beach stones, swimming to the depths of ocean bays and digging up shiny treasures than setting his mind to tasks like hunting or sled pulling. His only redeeming work value seems to be his desire to be near the water. Much like his sire, he is a skilled fisher and is always eager to please - using his skills to pull in a fairly steady bounty for the tribe.
