He can come off as a very stern and rightful guy that can sometimes be a little too rough towards others. Although he can seem mean or rude, he actually behaves better around younger ones, even though he isn't the nicest guy he dosen't want to encourage others to be like him. For some of those that he is more fond of he can be quite the charmer.

Because of a bad first meeting between Gladion and another male Tanner, both of them are quite dominant and both couldn't get along from the first place it has lead to some tention between them that has gone even worse for everytime they meet and now they have become enemies and gets upset everytime they bump into or see each other.
