Reto is a very patient tokota, who takes extra care in order to make sure everyone under his charge is okay and able to keep up with their ever traveling Rider. He's a father figure to all the Tokota's in Circe's small but functional pack, taking all possibilities of Danger into account and taking steps to make sure everyone avoids them. When he isnt pulling Circe's Sled he's far ahead of the group scouting and nitpicking at the road ahead dragging sticks and stones that one might trip on out of the way and scaring away any possible agressors. Although the smallest of the group he is the oldest, and everyone respects his opinion on, almost, all matters.
