Tama was part of a huge litter and unfortunately the smallest and weakest because of his blindness. The previous caretaker decided to feed him additionally with a bottle, that grew him quite attached to humans - wherever they go he will follow. Tama is not used to a life within a pack just surrounded by other Tokotas and has massive problems to fit in - another reason he enjoys the company of his handler more than that of another Toko. Despite his anxieties and unsureness, Tama loves to eat! Not just anything but special dishes that get his most attention. His nose developed over the years dramatically, so he can smell better than most other Tokos in his territory.
