You may never meet a tokota quite like Voodoo, wild and cruel. Many ask themselves how he ended up where he was, perhaps he was once kind and caring the perfect tokota for a child or perhaps he had always been this way. Either way he is definitely not a tokota for children. He has no handler even if he does listen to one. He is a free spirit who does as he pleases when he pleases.
