Because Howl is a wild tokota who only tolerates humans when it benefits him, little is known about his personality. He seems to get into fights a lot but wether that is with wild animals or other tokotas is unknown. Even when he chooses to be near humans, he is short tempered and has been known to snarl and snap when bothered too much. He has a thing for the ladies however and nearing humans is typicaly to get close to whatever female tokotas they may have.
