Vitruvius is the kind that leads with an iron paw and is seen as a cruel leader who cares little about others and more of himself. There is no doubt that his leadership skills could improve a lot more than they are now but many believe it is too late for Vit to change and be 'good.'
Though harsh, Vit does mean well and often tries his best to lead his pack through troubled times... Even if it meant doing things others wouldn't dare. His brutish ways and curt tongue are his tools to use and he uses them well, even if it means being feared as well as respected.
