This toko and his sister both have the ability to communicate with spirits, much like their mother. Unlike her, they were never properly trained, often leading to self-serving behavior and ocassionally a spirit or two inhabiting their bodies and influencing their thoughts and actions. Sometimes this leads to periods of virtuous action, othertimes wanton destruction. The two even give offerings of prey or bloodshed to their spirits in exchange for temporary powers. Empire is a quiet sort, he tends to go with the flow. Often follows his sister around, relying on her for directions. He tends to be possesed more often, not that he minds. He's always aware and often finds relief in others controlling him.
