Mentally slow and very puppy-like. Puck is really friendly but also really flighty. The poor boy is extremely absent minded and needs almost constant supervision. He does however make up for it by putting 110% into whatever he is doing for as long as his attention holds. His inability to hear makes it very difficult to get his attention and often requires physical touch to guide him.
