Kayok could very well be the definition of a 'gentle giant', despite his intimidating size he is pretty much a pushover. He loves nothing more than being fussed over and would lie still for hours on end in order to receive belly scratches. However, he is fiercely loyal to (and protective of) his handler and if they are in danger he can become quite vicious, it is only then that he seems to remember just how big he is and use his size to his advantage. The rest of the time he is very easy going, so much so that it takes a lot of effort to really get him going and he can often be seen tripping over (apparently) nothing as he never seems to be paying atention to where he puts his feet!
