Jacynta is stoic, calculating, and blunt as can be, which makes her seem insensitive when she's actually just very practical. She is a realist to the fullest and deals with situations according to the best outcome, rather than emotional ties. It's almost like she can't understand how anyone could choose a hard path just because they like another/it spares them or their feelings when the other path is so clear to her. Unfortunately, this doesn't earn her very many friends but, luckily for her, she doesn't really care.
