When Moostache was adopted by Elena, she immediately fell in love with him due to his goofy personality and striking coat. Moostache is a friendly tokota but has a temper, especially when Rome or any one else calls him little man, it gets on his nerves. Unlike most of Elena's tokotas, Moo is also terrified of water, when he was born he was almost drowned by his older siblings and water has terrified him ever since. He also tends to see the better sides of all creatures and doesn't want to or really aknowledges the bad sides of them. He's positive but he's very nervous and shy when it comes to meeting new tokotas or people. However, Moo has what you can say is little tokota syndrome, although he is small, he will not be afraid to put the bigger tokotas in their place.
