Charlie is known as a charmer and likes to please other people. Even with that, he is a very cheerful and playful toki who loves collecting toys of all types. His favorite being a colorful rope toy that he tends to bring everywhere with him and doesn't like it when other people or creatures touch it. Charlie seems to have a little crush on a toki named Mei, and he likes to bring her treats and some of his toys as gifts to hopefully please and make her happy.
