Cibard is a quiet and timid tokota. She has a hard time trusting others due to the fact that she can't actually see what they're doing, only hear it. Interaction with other tokotas is the only thing her blindness hinders, however. She is still the first to strike in a hunt, and is quick to take up even the most dangerous of activities. She is very fond of both Nero and Vitalis, Nero moreso. She can usually be seen following Nero around, putting up with his narcissism and sharing the day with him. He will often demand things of her and she is quick to comply, but she does not see herself as his servant nor does he. She sees the kinder and more brotherly side of Nero that no one else does. She also enjoys Vitalis's calm company some days.
