Maggs has a lawful good alignment with a curious love of carpentry. He spends his time gnawing at wood or large bones to try and carve intricate items like the carpenters in town, and proudly offers his slobbery messes to his handler, who always give him a pat on the head and tells him what a good job he's done. Magnus is a "man of action" who believes that "thinking is for other people" and can often be seen heading nose-first into the fray, leaving the second-guessing for afterwards.
