Chet is a little goof ball. He loves Christmas and likes to think that even though he’s a tokota, one day with enough wishing and letters to Santa he may just be able to become one of Santa’s reindeer. In the meantime though he’ll settle for wearing sleigh bells and giving sleigh rides to children.
