Bill is a natural born leader. When in a group, everyone immediately turns towards him for leadership and wisdom. He is smart for his young age and while he may not seem like he is that bright due to his bad stuttering, he is inwardly intelligent. He has little trouble making like minded friends. He is brave, protective, and loving. He often has internal doubt for himself as a leader, but takes the roll anyways as the rest of his group automatically assumes him to be their leader. He is also quite stocky for a young Tokota as well, due to his constant exercise and choice of carrying tack that is too big for him.
