Hallow thinks he should be treated by royalty by all. He is always sure of himself and his opinions, made worse by being correct in his ways much of the time and heavily rewarded for it. He is confident in his skills especially around females, whom he excessively flirts with. He is always busy doing something or going somewhere, and never has any free time to smell the flowers. Unless there was a flower-smelling competition, that is. He always has his eye on an impossible goal or prize, and no one can get in his way of achieving that goal. He surely is a competitor at heart.
