Ratamo was stolen as a puppy and used as bait animal in illegal toko fight. He's went trough major constructive surgery to restore his face and abdomen, but damage was too extensive and left him with distorted grin on both sides of his face and with blinded eyes. He's fear-aggressive towards strange male handlers and even shys away from Vignir. He was blinded by the attack and he's still learning to cope with his impediment, fumbling and tripping easily.
