Maximus KNOWS he's the biggest around, and he uses that to his advantage. The only handlers able to stand up to him are the draconic ones, since they have size and power behind them. Just because he's the biggest does NOT mean he's a bully, he just does not like his territory encroached. He's carved himself a niche at the Aery, and makes sure the other Tokotas stay away, though Mephisto is an idiot and keeps challenging him. We're hoping one day we don't find a dead Mephisto on Maximus' territory....
