A happy, friendly rascal.
Despite Garm's ominous name he is a friendly playful toki. His pranks and tricks are always good natured, and usually harmless.  Like his companion in crime, Abstrich, Garmr is cared for by Skogen, the Huldra residing in Aqtuquaq Forest, and can often be heard howling happily to the tune of the Fossegrim's fiddle by a waterfall in the moonlight.  The farmers at the edge of the forest complain that his exuberant presence puts their cattle off their feed and makes their hens stop laying, but tolerate his antics with bemused laughter.  The toki's happy nature is infectious to everyone, except perhaps the Nokken of the still mysterious lake in the center of the forest.
