Rowin is extremely optimistic, easily excited, and always happy. He loves people, and food, and exploring, and attention, and competing, and sleeping, and... and, well, everything. Rowin loves to play and joke around! He also loves pleasing people and would work himself to death just to make someone happy. The only time his joyful personality is diminished is when he's separated from those he cares about for too long, and separation anxiety is sometimes an issue. His missing back leg never seems to be a big problem for him though, and he seems generally just as capable as any other tokota his size. It's discouraging to him when he is underestimated.
