This small tokota is often seen around the foothills of the Hound's Backbone. Nicknamed Akta by the local tribes, she's been observed running across the tundra, eyes glowing and fangs bared, as if in persuit of something. She's rather skittish, and tends to avoid human contact whenever possible.
