Like her mother, Hita is a natural-born leader. But she is elusive at times, she is nicknamed by hunters, poachers, and even explorers, " Guardia Roja ", which is Spanish for Red Guard. She is seen in the forest a lot to protect game animals that don't deserve to be hunted such as expectant doe, infant animals, or maternal animals who have children to feed. She especially best art protecting animals from poachers, who do not heed her warnings. Hita doesn't have a "true owner", but is seen the most with one woman who she trusts with her life. She is far from a loner, she is with her siblings a lot when she's not in the forest as Guardia Roja.
