Tobi is a very timid Tokota. It's not often this Tokota makes a fuss and if he does, someone better be paying attention. Around strangers, his nervous behavior can become overwhelming and cause him severe anxiety. Tobi's bark is worse than his bite, and even if he is nervous and bearing his teeth, the chances of him biting is miniscule. However, around those he knows, including handlers, he is rather laid back and loving. He loves to get pets and cuddles, and has even been known to whine for attention.
