Playful, curious, and protective. Triff is the embodiment of the canine mentality of "PLAY WITH ME!". If he gets bored, he tends to get curious, and when he gets curious...things could get chaotic. He has a bad habit of sticking his nose where it REALLY shouldn't be. Like the beehive incident. His curiosity has gotten him AND his handler into some crazy situations. Nothing they couldn't handle of course. If you don't count the time on the cliff...or the thin ice...or cave of the gassy bear...or...Ahem, anyway! No matter what is happening, Triff is always on his guard where his Handler is concerned. He adores her. Acts like she's his two legged mom to be honest. And does NOT tolerate ANYONE treating her with any disrespect or upsetting her.
