Amaruq is an inquisitive but often impulsive Tokota. Though his handler has done everything in his power to attempt to teach young Amaruq to be a bit more discerning in his decisions, the young male still gets himself into ridiculously sticky situations (eg: nose-to-nose with an angry mother bear and her cubs, running straight into heartless poachers, or finding the men his handler was tracking WITHOUT his handler being there). Essentially Amaruq can be exceptionally aggravating to work with, but his endearing qualities make it worth sticking around. Mainly Amar is loyal to a fault and will not be swayed by any other creature that comes his way to abandon his pack. In addition to this Amaruq is actually quite adept at problem solving and strategy (undoubtedly to make up for his massive mistakes), though his judgment is often questioned by those around him. In essence he could be summed up as a lovable moron with redeemable traits.
