Rousalia had always been a 'full of life' tokota, usually racing around Ruth's house late at night, scaring Ruth up to the sound of footsteps crashing onto the wooden floor. Rousalia is always up for an adventure, and if Ruth doesn't let her out or take her for a ride, whether it's raining or snowing outside, she'll scream and cry at the door until she does. This generally results in her spoiling her newly washed fur and returning to the house with muddy paw prints.
Despite her 'happy and go lucky' nature, she is also quite concerned about everything around her. She had a habit of looking around, as if something or someone was out to get the tokota.
